Refund Policy
Links Physiotherapy aims to provide the highest quality of care. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established the following policy regarding refunds and payments.

Services Already Provided
Once a physiotherapy session has been completed, it is non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the quality of the service provided, please contact linksphysiotherapy@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can discuss your concerns and find a resolution.
Pre-paid Bookings and Block Booking
If you have purchased a "Block Booking" or pre-paid for multiple sessions:

Unused Sessions: You may request a refund for any unused sessions within 14 days of purchase (the "Cooling-Off Period"), provided no sessions from that block have been used.

Partial Use: If you have used some sessions but wish to cancel the remainder of the block, we will refund the remaining balance. However, the sessions already used will be charged at our standard single-session rate (not the discounted block rate), and the difference will be refunded to you.
Cancellations by the Patient

Sufficient Notice: If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours notice and have already paid, you are entitled to a full refund or a credit toward a future session.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, partial refund of 75% will be issued for pre-paid sessions. If you have not yet paid, a cancellation fee of 25% will be invoiced.
Cancellations by Links Physiotherapy
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your appointment due to therapist illness, vehicle breakdown, or emergency, we will:

Offer you the choice of a full refund for that session.

Re-schedule your appointment for the earliest possible convenience as a priority.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email Linksphysiotherapy@gmail.com with your name, date of the session, and the reason for the request. All eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.
